What is the best way to use the two little compartments (i.e. the ears)? |

| The two little compartments are perfectly sized for holding ketchup, dips, and syrups of all kinds. But you can use the compartments however you like. Some people put carrot sticks, crackers, cheese cubes, yogurt, candy - anything that fits! Best of all, the compartments keep foods separated. | ||||

How can I tell which animals are in a particular pack? |

| Each pack is intended to be a surprise combination. And the surprise is part of the fun! Two packs with the same animal on top could have different animals underneath. If you are searching for a particular animal, try looking for it by the colors on the side of the pack. Do keep in mind that several different animals may have similar colors. | ||||

Can I use Hefty® Zoo Pals® plates in the microwave? |

| Yes, Hefty® Zoo Pals® plates are made of a heavy-duty coated paper and are safe for microwaving. When heating foods with high moisture content, the plate may curl slightly, although this will not affect the performance of the plate or the taste of the food. They cannot be used in the conventional oven or toaster oven. | ||||

| Hefty® Zoo Pals® plates are widely available in the United States. They are on shelf in the disposable plates/cups section of your favorite supermarket, mass merchandise stores and drug stores, as well as some dollar stores and warehouse clubs. | ||||
